Joyful Melodies Music School Photograph and Video Release Policy

From time to time, in the course of our music program, photographs and videos of children and adults will be taken. These photographs and videos may be used for documenting, promoting, or publicizing the programs at Joyful Melodies. The use of photos and videos includes, but is not limited to, posting on the Joyful Melodies bulletin board, newsletters or other publications, and/or websites. Any such photos or videos will be the property of Joyful Melodies, although may be available for distribution to parents and guardians of our students if so requested.

I release any photographer and Joyful Melodies, as a whole, from any violation of any personal or proprietary right I have in connection with any reproduction of or use of photographs or videos in which I, my child, or other accompanying person who appears with my child. I consent to the reproduction or use of photographs or videos with or without my name (or other participants) taken of me, my child, or other accompanying person who may appear in these photographs or videos. I agree to indemnify and hold Joyful Melodies harmless for any photographs or videos taken of other persons who may accompany my child and who are not a party to this agreement. I agree to inform them of this Joyful Melodies policy and release form.

I grant permission for myself, my child, or other accompanying persons to be photographed or videoed during the music program.
